Valerie Breslow is a clinical nutritionist and holistic health coach. Her practice is focused on connecting individuals to the information and motivation needed to upgrade their eating and lifestyle habits for achieving optimal health and wellness.

Valerie specializes in working with clients with hormone issues, IBS, allergies, energy challenges, sleep disturbances, work / life balance issues and more. Her expert training in the field of health and wellness along with her own personal health journey has enabled her to be a mentor, coach and friend to her clients, whom she guides in creating the best version of themselves.

Initial Health History Consultation
We’ll sit down together and discuss your current health history and diet. We’ll also discuss health issues and challenges affecting your well-being. From there, we can set achievable goals towards creating optimal wellness. Following this initial consult, I’ll put together a customized protocol and plan designed specifically to meet you where you are in your health journey. This wellness plan will include ideas for nourishing yourself with foods, supplements, lifestyle habits, etc.

Holistic Health Coaching Sessions
During these follow-up sessions, we’ll take a deep dive into your daily life, examining what you’re currently doing to nourish yourself and learn where we can modify habits and upgrade food choices. Using these discussions to uncover what is and isn’t working, we’ll discuss how to incorporate practical tips and tools for transforming your
health and wellness. No matter where you are in your health journey, I’ll meet you with understanding and compassion along with relevant information and resources to help you realize your wellness goals.
