What Happens During the Micro-Infusion Facial?
For this minimally invasive treatment, we use single-use, hollow bore needles to make thousands of controlled-depth punctures (AKA microneedling) into the surface of the skin. Because we are creating micro channels in the skin, we like to use topical anesthesia applied 30 minutes prior to the treatment. The procedure, which can take from 30-60 minutes is very well tolerated with numbing. Most patients feel that it tickles particularly on the nose, but do not find it painful.
