Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment bookings are very import to Veritas Backstage team. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. That said, when a patient forgets, cancels, or requests changes without giving appropriate notice, Veritas Backstage misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and patients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, if the patient cannot make the scheduled appointment, it is the patient’s responsibility to call Veritas Backstage to cancel no later than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

For all non-medical services, Veritas Backstage reserves the right to charge a $35 courtesy cancellation fee if the patient does not cancel their appointment within 48 hours of the service. For all medical aesthetic, regenerative medicine and wellness services, Veritas Backstage reserves the right to charge a 50% of the total fee of the service if the patient does not cancel their appointment within 48 hours of the service.

For appointments booked with Founder and CEO Devon Perry:  Devon’s clinic time is limited, therefore, any appointment missed or cancelled/changed without 48 hour notice may result in a charge of 100% of the reserved appointment. The missed appointment fee can not be used as credit towards a future booking.

REFUND POLICY

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin care treatments and products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our skin care products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products.

We do not issue refunds for services, only store credit. In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even though the full series may not have been completed. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by the Medi Spa .

At the Veritas Backstage we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used in your treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition.

Merchandise may be returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt, and may be exchanged for product or spa credit.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any Wellness-related products, including supplements, peptides, and prescriptions.
