Dr. Haest is a practicing integrative medicine specialist with deep ties to the Lone Star State. Graduating from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Southwestern Medical School in 1981, Dr. Haest completed his residency via Austin Medical Education Program. In total, has been in practice for 37 years.
Dr. Haest specializes in creating comprehensive, preventive treatment programs using bioidentical hormone therapy combined with proper nutrition and exercise. This integrated, medical/lifestyle approach helps alleviate the pain and suffering caused by conditions such as menopause (and signs of early menopause), perimenopause, PMS, stress-induced adrenal fatigue, and andropause (male menopause).
A big believer in patient advocacy, Dr. Haest understands that a healthy physician-patient relationship, based on rapport and trust, results in better outcomes and the best care.
