SINCE 2006

Devon Perry is a board-certified advanced aesthetic educator and practitioner, a skincare product and protocol formulator, trained in Peptides I and II (through A4M), and the founder of Veritas Bioactives and Veritas Backstage.

Devon began creating herbal medicine and tinctures when she was only eleven years old. She had a natural gift for healing others, a curious mind, and a passion for science. With her father’s encouragement and tools, young Devon cultivated an herb garden with a variety of ingredients for her concoctions.

Since 2006, Devon has served as an educator to physicians and aestheticians on skincare topics ranging from Ingredient Science to Chemical Peeling and Successfully Combining Multi-Modalities for Global Correction. She continues to provide education credits to aestheticians in Texas through the State Board of Cosmetology.

In 2010, Devon opened her first medical spa in Austin, TX, and in 2012, she launched her own line of cosmeceutical skincare products, Veritas Bioactives. Devon pioneered stem-cell facial service protocols while working collaboratively with scientists, engineers, and Dr. David Karli, Orthopedic Surgeon from The Steadman Clinic for Celling Biosciences in 2015.

In 2017, she launched Veritas Backstage — a name rooted in family history. Devon’s grandmother, Patti Bienvenu-Brown, owned a spa called Backstage, where skilled hands did the real work quietly, away from performance and spectacle. Devon carried both the name and the ethos forward. Veritas Backstage was the first practice in Austin to bring regenerative medicine and aesthetic care under one roof.

While Devon is founder and president of two companies, she is also a practicing clinician who remains grounded in the industry. This boots-on-the-ground work ethic gives her the real-world experience needed to stay at the forefront of clinical science and industry practice.
