MEMBERSHIP TERMS
- Membership dues are billed on a 30-day cycle.
- There is a minimum of 12 months membership.
- After initial 12 month period, Membership may be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice in writing – email admin@veritasbackstage.com
- Penalty for early termination of Membership will result in the repayment by Customer to Company any discounts received as a Member over the term of active membership. Customer authorizes Company to charge card on file for any late fees, penalties, or early termination charges.
- VIP facial memberships at $99 do NOT accrue in member wallets, and may be redeemed for a facial every month.
- VENUS, VIP and EMERALD Membership dues accrue in your patient wallet and the dollars are valid for facials, products and device related services, excluding injectable drugs. Credits in your Wallet expire after one year if not used, and membership credits cannot be refunded for any reason.
- Membership is non-transferable and benefits are exclusive to the member only. (Photo ID is required at check-in).
- Member must abide by Veritas Backstage cancellation policy.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with any additional offers unless otherwise published.
