Abyhanga is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment from India, using warm, herb-infused oils massaged onto the body with a focus on the joints and major tissues. This therapeutic experience deeply nourishes the skin, promotes relaxation, and penetrates into the body’s tissues and joints, offering profound benefits. After the massage, you’ll enjoy 10 minutes in a sauna bag, followed by red light therapy to enhance the detoxifying effects. The session concludes with a warm oil head and hair massage that helps alleviate anxiety, stress, and insomnia while nourishing the scalp and hair.

This 1-hour treatment requires an additional 10 minutes for setup and cleanup. Clients will leave with oil in their hair and will be given a scarf to protect it. It’s recommended to leave the oil on for about an hour, then rinse it off in a warm shower, avoiding cold exposure.

Abyhanga is ideal for detoxification, easing joint and body pain, promoting relaxation, restoring balance to the body, and rejuvenating the skin and hair. It also helps combat mental and physical wear and tear.

For optimal results, we recommend an Ayurvedic consultation beforehand to determine your body type and address any specific concerns. This consultation takes approximately one hour and helps tailor the treatment to your individual needs.

As this treatment uses medicated oils, which are costly, we recommend pricing it at a higher rate than a standard massage, with a suggested price of $250. —it’s a holistic wellness treatment that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
