Sarah Young is a Registered Nurse and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner who helps clients look deeper into the root contributors behind fatigue, hormone shifts, digestive issues, metabolic struggles, stress, inflammation, and feeling disconnected from their body.

With over fifteen years in healthcare — including labor and delivery, surgical care, wellness services, and functional lab interpretation — Sarah brings both clinical experience and a whole-person approach to wellness. Her own experience as a cancer survivor gave her a deeper understanding of what it feels like to be on the other side of the gown, and shaped her desire to help clients feel heard, supported, and equipped.

In her work with clients, Sarah uses detailed intake assessments, lifestyle review, and functional lab testing when appropriate to help clients better understand what their body may be communicating. Her approach centers on foundational support through nutrition, rest, exercise, stress reduction, targeted supplementation, and personalized wellness strategies.
