Wellness Treatment
Ayurvedic Wellness
Abhyanga and a full menu of Ayurvedic-rooted treatments for the body, skin, and nervous system — performed by our Ayurvedic-trained esthetician.
Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment from India: warm, herb-infused oil massaged into the body with particular attention to the joints and major tissue groups. The oil and technique work together, nourishing the skin while easing tension held in the deeper tissue.
A full Abhyanga session extends beyond the massage itself — a period in a sauna wrap and red light therapy to support the body's own detoxification process, followed by a warm oil scalp and hair massage to close the session. Each part of the sequence builds on the one before it.
Abhyanga and our full Ayurvedic menu are performed by our Ayurvedic-trained esthetician. For patients new to Ayurvedic care, we recommend starting with an Ayurvedic consultation — it identifies your body type (dosha) and specific concerns, so your Abhyanga session and any additional treatments can be tailored accordingly.
THE EXPERIENCE
The core Abhyanga treatment takes one hour, with an additional 10 minutes built in for setup and cleanup. The oil massage is followed by 10 minutes in a sauna wrap, red light therapy to support the detoxifying effect, and a closing warm oil scalp and hair massage.
You'll leave your appointment with oil still in your hair — we provide a scarf to protect it on your way out. We recommend leaving the oil in for about an hour before rinsing it out in a warm shower, avoiding cold water immediately afterward.
ADD-ONS
Lymphatic Massage Enhancement
Adds 10 minutes in a sauna wrap with a castor oil pack, supporting a deeper lymphatic cleanse alongside the massage.
Body Contouring Add-On
Body contouring can be added to your Abhyanga session for an additional 30 minutes, at an upcharge over the base treatment price.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Abhyanga is well suited to patients looking for a therapeutic, whole-body approach to stress, tension, and detoxification — not a standard relaxation massage. Because it uses medicated, herb-infused oils rather than a standard massage oil, it's priced accordingly at $250 for the base one-hour treatment.
For the most personalized experience, we recommend an Ayurvedic consultation first. Your provider will confirm any contraindications and the appropriate approach based on your health history during that visit.
Results and maintenance
Many patients notice a sense of relaxation and physical ease immediately following treatment, with joint and muscle tension continuing to ease over the following days. Abhyanga works well as an occasional reset or as part of a more regular wellness routine, depending on your goals.
